Scheduling Policy

DISCLAIMER: Students are welcome to reschedule as many times as needed. Just please be mindful and respectful of Instructor Kim’s time and the other students who may have booked with her for the day. It is essential that Instructor Kim utilizes the full allotted time to ensure all critical aspects of firearm safety and handling are thoroughly covered. In classes and courses of this nature, every second is valuable. It would be professionally irresponsible for your instructor to omit important material due to unforeseen time constraints. With this understanding, late arrivals interrupt the next students start time. In addition, no shows prevent others that wanted that time slot from being able to secure it. It is best to communicate and notify of all changes well ahead of time which is why a grace period is built in and a 48 hour window for rescheduling is in place. By being communicative, students can avoid all unnecessary fees. These policies and associated fees are in place to prevent loss of both time and revenue, ensuring the instructor remains available for committed clients while maintaining the integrity of her schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

  • A 5-minute grace period is allotted for late arrivals to your class, session, or course.

  • A late fee of $10 will be applied if you arrive after the 5-minute grace period.

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, rescheduling may be required, subject to Instructor Kim's availability.

  • A non-refundable $20 rescheduling fee will apply UNLESS a notice of at least 2 days is provided in advance.

  • Please note that all classes, course, and sessions are non-refundable IF you choose not to reschedule after missing your appointment or being late past the grace period.
